Sewing
Sewing is a major part of any mount and it is important that it is done properly. It cannot be rushed or approached haphazardly. Several different methods of stitching are used depending on hair length, location and visibility of the area being sewn. The stiches need to be close and tight with no gaps or puckering present. Special adhesives are used to assure the skin will remain in the proper place while drying.
